Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within maximum 7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery charges
Shipping rates : We charge Flat minimum shipping charges 80 inr / kg of product order. This means and even if you buy 10 items of say 50 grams each , your shipping charges would be 80 inr
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
There are no Deleivery charges except for the above mentioned shipping charges.
If your order is more than 1 kg and you are being shown 80 inr at the checkout. We might contact you to tell you any additional charges that would be applicable for the excess weight.
There is no return shipping charges.

Shipment method
Estimated delivery time after your order is dispatched is around 7 to 10 working days. If in case there would be some delay , we will contact you and inform you about the delay.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Area of Shipping
At the moment we only ship in selected areas ( almost all of India) in India
We do not ship outside India as an integration with our website
Still if someone outside India wants our products , they can contact us in any of the above methods and we can discuss case to case basis.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All are prices are including GST , Vat at our end. We expect our customers to follow Government guidelines applicable to them. All guidelines compliance is responsibility of the recipient of the product and not us.
