What is Green Tea & How it is beneficial than other tea

All Tea , whether its Green Tea or Black Tea comes from only 1 plant and that is Camellia Sinensis Bush. And there are 2 varieties of this plant. One variety grows in China and the Second variety grows in India. The one that grows in China gives us Green Tea and the one that grows in India gives us Black Tea.

Black Tea is extracted by fermenting the tea leaves and getting them oxidised. Green Tea on the other hand is a more natural process , where the oxidization is not done.

Also when tea is processed from Plant / Bush , Green tea is the least processed and hence least Oxidised than other Tea. This preserves the antioxidants in them

Green Tea has a unique compound Epigallocatechingallate ( EGCG) and is present in green tea in huge amount. In 100 gram of green tea , it has 7000 mg of EGCG. This compound increases the release of catecholamines in the body. Catecholamines are linked to stress related situation or situations of muscle contraction. They are widely related to fat loss.
